We were met at airport arrivals and it was just a short walk to the car rental yard where we were shown around our car.… We were met at airport arrivals and it was just a short walk to the car rental yard where we were shown around our car. It was a 2023 model, so pretty much brand new and in great condition. Absolutely no problem picking the car up, and drop off was quick and easy too. We had no problem with the car, and our deposit refund was quickly processed after a quick check of the car's condition (we will have to wait a few days for it to clear back on our card, but that's pretty standard). The excess for damage was reasonable (we had our own excess insurance to cover this in any case) compared to some of the other rental companies we'd looked at. Overall and quick and easy company to deal with. Their communication was great, keeping us informed of the pickup process a couple of days before we arrived, and they were quick to respond to our questions. The only negative point I'd make was the baby car seat. It was adequate for our trip, but could have been better (ideally with a carry handle that also acts as a protector to stop the baby seat flipping against the seat in the event of a crash, and also maybe being isofix compatible). I understand most people won't need a car seat, but for those with babies, the extra safety features of a good chair can make a big difference with which car you hire. I'd be happy to pay extra for a guaranteed set of features on a car seat. Overall I'll definitely be using Kombo for our next visit to Tivat, but will try bringing our own car seat.

Skoda Fabia 2018 automatic. - pickup/drop off at Podgorica went smooth - car reasonably clean and no issues with driving - company very fast with communication - after a several days of usage I noticed quite damaged front tires, but after I let Kombo know they managed replacement the second day and thats a BIG plus for customer service. - overall great experience and will use them again!

If you opt for full insurance with TP there is no need for any deposits, which we considered very convenient. The pick up and and return was hassle-free as well. Overall their service is highly recommended.
